Chemical dependency and addiction span all economic classes, ages, and gender in Delhi. Street drug addiction is on the rise. The party scene has shifted to private parties in farmhouses and homes, due to the time restrictions on partying in lounges and clubs. The drug scene as a consequence has increased manifold and is more easily available. Sadly, the solutions have not been so easily accessible for Delhi so far. The need of the hour is awareness of the right facilities to guide those who have become chemically dependent to learn to go beyond using to live a fulfilling life.
